Ex Charlton E. Meyer, Jr. Even pastel gold toning signals storage in a kraft envelope. When I acquired the Meyer Collection in 2008 I graded the coin MS 63 and valued it accordingly. I continue to have trouble finding any rub on this fully lustrous, sharply struck coin. Meyer acquired it (raw) in an August 1987 Coin Galleries Sale, lot 2116, where offered as “choice uncirculated.” I expect a battle for this prize 1818. From the Kings Park Collection.
