Silver-grey with sparkling luster throughout.  But for a generally soft obverse impression, common to this die pair, the assigned grade would be “55.”  The coin, in fact, was last offered in an NGC AU 55 capsule as part of Frank Benick’s (Founding Fathers) collection: Heritage, December 2021, lot 91177 @ $960.
