A blanket of auburn toning sparkles with highlights of gold and aqua. The strike is first rate. Liberty’s drapery folds are distinct while the eagle displays a complete set of breast and wing feathers. Preview is a must for this handsome 1806. It brought $3,995 in Heritage’s Oct. 2016 sale, lot 5263. Estimate: $3,500 to $4,500.
