1817 Comet Head - O.106 R.3 PCGS VF 30

A protective crust of deep grey toning has built up over time. I’m reminded of Eric Newman’s coins, long stored in brown kraft envelopes. Luster makes its way through the shroud, accenting the peripheries. Estimate: $220 to $325.
