Luster sparkles around the date, stars, legend and denomination. Once dipped, the coin now enjoys a soft grey patina. Most examples we see of this charismatic date lack eye-appeal due to amateurish efforts to improve them. Here is a nice exception! Don’t be shy with your bid. This is an important coin. Estimate: $3,800 to $4,500.
